    Went in workers were sat on phones with a sign up saying they were closed when they were not, over the duration of two weeks I rang to ask if they had needles for a prescription they said no but they’ll come in at half eleven, got there for them to say no it’s now Tuesday I then ring on Tuesday they say to go online and ask for a refund because they’re not getting them and she won’t order them again. Poor service

    I have always found the pharmacist’s and staff very helpful and informative the late night openings are very convenient I will really miss them when they close.

    Advertised as being open until 10pm I arrived at 9:54 only to be told by Sainsbury's staff that the pharmacist closed early and went home

    Very helpful staff and they go above and beyond. They helped me as much as they could, even more than the doctors did on occasion and helped me get the meds I needed. Please be aware of new opening times due to staff shortages, they have updated NHS but they haven't yet updated any of the websites or Google.

    I want to praise the lovely woman who was working this morning as she had to deal with a lot of stressed people at one time and she was really professional and kind. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. The pharmacy opening hours are different to the website/google- they open at 9am not 7am
