This is my local pharmacy and the team there are always brilliant, attentive and help to solve any problems I’ve had with my medication. I couldn’t fault them!
Quick delivery of prescriptions when I go in. Used to have more stock to look in store but recently renovated but still has all the essentials!
this is my regular pharmacy that i use for my prescriptions. the staff are amazing and are always happy to help with a smile no matter the problem! the delivery driver is also lovely and always happy to go above and beyond! couldn’t recommend more!!
Absolutely amazing pharmacy,exreamly professional staff,friendly staff and caring staff, They all go above and beyond from Usman the pharmacist to Marcello,Sue,Debbie and the new starters. Usman saved my life last year not my GP but my Pharmacist,I couldn't get an appointment at the docs so I went to see Usman and straight away he knew I was in a bad way so sent me straight to the hospital where I was told I had a blood clot in my lung,I owe this man my life and I always will do. Prescriptions are always orderd on time and no problem is too big. Thank you Parade Pharmacy you truly are the best xx
Visited this pharmacy once which was for my prescription. The lady at the counter looked friendly. Service was prompt and efficient. I would like to visit again if I kept on living in the town.
I've been coming to Parade Pharmacy for the past 35 years or more and the staff are truly helpful and patient to reduce the complexity of each individual and his/her associated medications. That's in essence facilitated to build a beneficial common trust. As someone who had a lot of experience with different pharmacies in Manchester, for one reason or another, and whether a supermarket, a hospital or ordinary pharmacy, some pharmacists have been rude, lack of empathy, made me waiting for more an hour, interrogating and questioning me for trying to obtain the simplest medication on prescription, as to whether for myself or the family! This is not the case with parade pharmacy. Really at present they are the best due to their efficiency and customer care. We are very thankful for them to be our main and local pharmacy, thank you Parade Pharmacy. Ah, I forgot they do delivery too.
Worst customer service! Kept me waiting 25 minutes just to collect a pre ordered prescription! Ignored me completely while serving other customers AND shop was really untidy with staff unpacking boxes and shelf dressing THEN turned on dirty vacuum cleaner with blocked filter - had to nip outside for fresh air it smelled awful!! I was wearing mask and trying to stay safe from Covid! Suspect this place is under new management because it no longer closes for lunch and back room staff looked different! Such a pity it used to be very good, quick service, and friendly!
I think this chemist is great. Very helpful every time, and especially recently. I have been ill for a while and my wife visited recently and wanted to ask some advice. The chemist was most helpful and gave her plenty of advice, he even asked how I was when she visited recently.
