   Excellent service but zero stars for their use of vast quantities of polythene bags, heat sealed and stapled, labels have to be cut off prior to recycling!. Biffa and Viridor have recently closed multi million pound plants as they are no longer viable against virgin and recycled plastic from Asia. What's wrong with old fashioned paper which is easy to recycle??

   Went to my local Cohen's chemist for my winter annual flu jab . It's within easy walking distance so no worries about parking. The nurse was waiting so I was treated immediately ...given a shot relating to my age group after answering a few questions on my health. No concerns.

   I can't understand previous low ratings for Cohens on Heaton Moor. (I used to use the online Pharmacy2U and they messed up too many times). I switched to a face to face local service and have not regretted it. All the staff I have encountered over previous 18 months have been great. One specifically went above and beyond sorted out emergency prescription. Another person went out of their way to help me get a prescription at a different location due to unforeseen circumstances. For me their service is excellent. Integrated with the NHS repeat prescription service ordering is a breeze and their text service is really useful.

   The staff here are really rude and unhelpful. Including the pharmacist and older staff member. I was really upset when I left and quite distressed. I will be switching pharmacy for my prescriptions in future. If you don't want to be helpful or nice then don't work in a customer facing role.

   Wonderful service from the staff here. I have to isolate, due to surgery in a few days. I only found out about it, the day before I had to isolate, and I needed my repeat prescription renewing. They have bent over backwards to make sure it's going to be delivered in time. Well impressed!

   Disgusting customer service Got a prescription sent over dot my poorly 9 year old egos suffering from tonsillitis Ran down after 4 hours they didn’t have it in stock when I asked why no body had got in contact so I could go elsewhere her response “sometimes people don’t come in to pick up prescriptions!!! A 9 year old boy who’s very poorly!!

   The pharmacist at this branch is rude and highly unprofessional. I only use cohens when I need a emergency script as its close to my house and if im not well enough to get to my usual pharmacy that works out well. However the pharmacist is shocking and refuses to give out acute scripts the same day. I went in for a drug that I needed to start same day under gp orders and was told to come back the next day. I said I needed it straight away and was told I'm busy come back at half 4 this was at half 2 again I argued my case saying im not coming back dragging my child out again I want my script now. Even tried to get me to go to a different pharmacy further away saying she would return script to the spine. Unacceptable behavior and not a great way to manage what is essentially a business. Would recommend you avoid this pharmacy unless you really have no choice.

   Cohens been life saver during lockdown delivering meds because I can’t get out. True they are not always the friendliest chemist but as long as I put in my prescription with doctor I usually get them quite quickly. Trick is to put your prescription into your doctor and not expect Cohens to do it for you.

   It isn't even worth 1 star! Absolutely disgusting! My grandparent are being made wait a week for a repeat. When you put a prescription in its normally 2-3 days not 7!! This nasty women behind the counter tried to tell me my grandma was a horrible person for shouting, my grandma has never raised her voice before Staff are appauling and very rude! That pharmacist needs to be gone!
