   It's common sense if you are in the wrong you apologise and if someone waits for you, you thank them. At this branch, this isn't the case! 2 private flu jab appointments were booked today at 6pm, the guy didn't take our names but confirmed the vaccinator is a female pharmacist. We got there for 5.53pm, were seen to at 5.58, the way the situation was handled was shambles and it's more disappointing to see such atittude from a pharmacist who's supposed to act professionally in accordance with the GPhC standards. She claimed she doesn't do private flu jabs, only NHS ones (not sure for what reason, is it a matter of indemnity insurance or not signed the private PGD) and that the pharmacist who was there just went to west point pharmacy, we should go get vaccinated there! Even though we mentioned we were guaranteed its with a female vaccinator. No need to mention, we had change of schedule to attend this appointment. Anyways, we waited whilst she rang the other pharmacist, she got back to us at 6.07pm, saying I managed to sort it, I need to take your name and details BUT i have two NHS appointments if they come they are prioritised over you (in a manner to make us give up and go - ridiculous)! No thank you for waiting and no sorry for the inconvenience AT ALL. Originally that appointment was booked for 6pm, its not our problem if you guys are disorganised and aren't able to run work in a professional and smooth manner- telling us they are prioritised over us whilst the mistake is on your side is questionable. The least we deserved is a sorry and less of the pathetic responses and sarcastic facial expressions. We refused to get vaccinated by her, as the poor atittude and treatment infront of other customers overweighs the reason we were there for! Feel free to ask customers who were queuing behind us for the accuracy of the above. We were messed twice by a careless call handler and then by the pharmacist who suddenly is ok doing a private flu jab! Avoid at all costs!

   Incompetent female pharmacist who lacks basic manners, has zero empathy and cannot apologise for an inconvenience caused by their side. Also, rolling eyes at a patient and huffing and puffing does not give a nice impression nor does it reflect your role as a pharmacist.

   Have a prescription sent here from gp. Always send message when ready for collection. All staff polite and friendly. Asked Pharmacist for meds advice previously and found him very helpful. Just had flu jab and again he was very professional.

   Absolutely useless chemist and staff rude as hell sick to death of going as a diabetic to be told they don’t have my insulin and or medication no thought as to ring me and explain I have to wait till I go in to find they say sorry we haven’t got it when I’m totally out of everything having been approved by the doctors days before AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! Go elsewhere as I will be from now on even when they did have my prescription ready it would sit there for days and NO text to say it was ready Then all they say is did you get a text !!! Little rude obnoxious girl behind the counter wants to learn people skills some manners instead of talking about boys keeping you waiting to be then told sorry it’s not here !!! NEVER AGAIN WASTE OF SPACE JUST GONE TO LADYBARN CHEMIST GOT IT IN SECONDS

   Burnage Tesco Pharmacy. Lady in the headscarf, unnecessarily rude. Not sure how it works there but she could do with a training course for interpersonal skills. The gentleman with the beard the complete opposite - excellent people skills. That's something necessary when working in a face to face role in a pharmacy. She might be best suited in the back, licking labels.

   Hai to all actually i dont want to give even a single star because the behaviour of staffs , today i have a really bad experience from their side while i ask some glucometer strips . Really bad attitude from their side then i talk to the tesco manager she told me she not in charge of pharmacy then i again go to tesco pharmacy to see the pharmacy manager they says he is off this week . one staff ask me for what you are looking for the manager then i says the reason . but the same time the staff who behave badly to me says that its ok let him to complaint to him its ok for me like then i say to that staff still she is sayings even though nothing is going to happen . actually i want to say every one that a customer satisfaction is the biggest achievement . Now i am going to email to the tesco pharmacy manager i dont know how he will take it . May be he goes to the side of his staffs .. Anyway lets hope for good ..

   Thank you so much to the pharmacy team for saving me from severe pain all weekend with an irregular item nobody usually stocks. When I called in with my query about it I was dealt with efficiently and explained simply what I needed to do to check it's the same item and then 'pull my prescription down' from somewhere else and get it to them. I've been very unwell for weeks and not having pain relief all weekend would be awful for me right now. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. It's not just our nurses and doctors who save our lives and wellbeing, it's also our pharmacists who keep us alive and comfortable daily. Thank you.

   I'd give it more stars if it was possible. In the first pandemic I needed a medication for a youngen, rang tesco pharmacy after ringing few other places. The guy I spoke to was really helpful and pleasant and after explaining my situation he said he would wait for me to come pick medication up before he leaves. Thank you kind SIR you are an asset to the company
