   Sheldon Tool Station. First time using fast-track as I needed some wood filler quickly and couldn't leave the premises. I've added a second item to justify to my self paying for the delivery. On delivery out of the two items the wood filler was missing. The options given to me were order again and get a refund or go in to collect. Sincerely as it was the shops mistake, I was expecting for the item to be sent to me without extra delivery charge or a refund of the delivery fee as well as the price for the filler. Poor customer service

   Always chirpy helpful staff. Shaney is always a delight and smiling. He goes that step further helping you work out whats the best deal. Didn't have the item I needed but he organised for it to be ordered and when collecting he remembered me and popped it into a bag not having to fuss with receipts. Will be recommending to anyone that needs them!
