I attend this pharmacy regular for meds and vaccines. Never had any issues staff and pharmasist are friendly and helpful and proffesional. Its a busy little pharmacy and part off the Well pharmacy group.
Referred to pharmacy by 111, forgot my meds, came here and issued me a week's worth in case I stayed here longer. Pharmacist very helpful and polite. Thank you.
This pharmacy does struggle to have the right prescriptions in days after they have been requested. But they do generally offer a good service and are very attentive to the needs of those attending
A prescription was sent on the Tuesday by the dr for me to collect. Went in Thursday to collect this butt even though they have had this script 2 days already they haven’t even looked at it and didn’t have the item in. It’s not good enough when a patient is poorly I don’t think they have the patients interested. It’s not the first time . Also while waiting another gentleman came it ti collect his prescription which was orders on the Monday 4 days previous that’s wasn’t ready and didn’t have the items in !!. There was only one member of staff helpful who looked quite new but she tryed . Thee others didn’t one being quite rude
Terrible service. Never have anything in, you order online days in advance and they tell you to come back. Counter staff struggle with basic English which makes the whole experience tatler embarrassing
The worst retail outlet of any kind in the world. Absolute lottery as to whether you get your prescription on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. Shambles.
Great service from the staff nothing to much trouble for them .The pharmacist is very helpful l have problems getting my prescription sent over .she will always do her best to make sure I get my medication .
Good staff etc but rarely have all items in stock
