   The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Was told there was a 45 min wait, ok not much I can do...but then 1hr 15min later I was told there was an issue with the prescription and I'd need to go back to the hospital department to correct it. The last thing you need after being in hospital all day is to be waiting 1hr+ for a prescription. Not fit for purpose.

   As usual, one of the most aggressive pharmacy staff I have ever seen. I rang to ask about the readiness of prescription. In a split of a second they ask if you have received a text and keep repeating it, and don't let you explain unless you put your foot down. I eventually found that the pharmacy never received the prescription. Please you are dealing with patients and many of them are weak and can barely make it the phone so be patient and listen. You are paid to your job and doing anyone a favour. The only favour is been kind.

   Awful! 45 minute to wait for a prescription is beyond ridiculous. Three people have walked out without their prescription while I’ve waited 15 minutes. The staff appear to be friendly but there is no communication. Being told to come back another day to get my prescription is stupid!! I live 25 miles away and I am extremely unwell. I asked for it to be posted to me (which you did last time) was told it would be posted at the end of the month. This pharmacy is not equipped to cater for a hospital. Are they going to contribute to parking fees? For extended stays.

   Absolutely unacceptable service. Waiting over two hours just to collect one item is beyond frustrating — it’s a clear disregard for people’s time and dignity. Forcing everyone to use only one designated pharmacy to collect medication from the hospital is an unnecessary and inefficient system. It shows no respect for patients’ needs or schedules. This level of service is shameful. Shame on this system for wasting people’s time and making an already stressful experience even worse. A serious review and immediate improvement are long overdue.

3. The man who can J ★☆☆☆☆

   Shocking service. The staff who answer the phone need urgent customer service training. Rude, arrogant to name a few. This is a in hospital pharmacy and when you see the number of 1 star reviews then clearly Lloyd's should be reviewing their staff. They constantly tell lies about calling you and dont chase up prescription. I will yet again be emailing Lloyds about the service and staff.

   1 poor woman on the counter struggling, 3 pharmacists and someone stocking shelves. It's not enough staff to deal with the number of patients as the hospitals main pharmacy! Crazy! So yes, expect to wait an hour for 1 item

   Today we spent 45 minutes waiting for a box of tablets. All the seats were taken, people queuing inside and around the entrance. I handed in my prescription and was told it would be 20 minutes so went for a coffee, returned and it still wasn't ready. FORTY FIVE minutes later it was handed to me. It's a tiny pharmacy for such a large number of patients and we have no choice but to wait - not as though we can go elsewhere. It's not a large enough pharmacy and obviously understaffed. Between one person being handed her prescription and the next patient, there was a 15 minute delay whereafter the next person was handed a tiny bag with what looked like a box of pills! Why 15 minutes for that? After being in the hospital for over two hours (no complaints there though) and then having to wait 45 minutes for a prescription is not acceptable.
