   Good luck getting anyone to help you here. Turn up ten minutes before their lunch break? They cant help because they go on lunch in ten minutes. Turn up ten minutes after their lunch break? Hard luck you'll need to wait for them to finish digesting their sandwich. Turn up whilst Jupiter is in retrograde? Can't help you then either. If you do have the fortune to show up when one of the staff is working and can be bothered to help you get medication then bring a nose peg because there is a weird smell of urine in the place.

   Have been to the Asda pharmacy at Trafford park manchester today. What a terrible experience. I spoke to a very arrogant asian woman with a big mole on her face.. she really thinks she is important or something so extremely arrogant she refused to sell me canesten over the counter cream saying not suitable for my symptoms! I spoke to the GP before and he told me i should buy it i had itching when i told her that she said "it's up to me it's my decision". It's available everywhere boots superdrug etc. I bought it yet from superdrug no one even asked me any question at all and this arrogant woman at asda pharmacy thinks she is a professor so disgusting and completely ridiculous. Will never go there again now i understand why all these negative reviews everywhere about this asda pharmacy.

   Went yesterday during my break at work to get some medication because my back/neck/head has been giving me issues. Very painful. Stood there for 10 minutes until eventually seen. They clearly weren't sure if the particular lady could serve me or If I could buy the meds because I'd bought them recently. So the one lady puts my meds BACK ON THE SHELF and turns around to talk to her friend. Nothing was said to me. I can hear whispering about me. Then the lady who was supposed to serve me just hid in the back. After about 10 minutes the pharmacist came out and informed my that I couldn't buy anything because I'd been too recently which is FAIR and I thank her for being straightforward (the only one of the five who acted like I was human). Not even my paracetamol could be bought apparently. I was unceremoniously ejected. I felt like a leper. So I went elsewhere and got served straight away The one lady who works there needs an attitude adjustment. Awful. Just awful. She's middle-aged and just stares at you like you're a smear of poo on the pavement.

   So me and my daughter arrived at the pharmacy at 12.23. Handed out prescription to the woman who said she would take it to the pharmacy she returned approximately 30 seconds later and asked would it be possible for us to wait untill 1pm or find another pharmacy as they was going on their lunch at 12.30pm? It wasn’t 12.30 at this point, not sure as to why they wouldn’t process my daughters prescription

   Absolutely clueless assistant, polite but clearly clueless. She clearly had no clue what isopropyl alcohol was, so clumsily looked round at the over the counter ibuprofen and paracetamol section and said sorry we don't have that.instead if saying I don't know what that it, I'll go and ask someone. Or at least say what is that, I've not been asked for that before. It is the attitude of rather fobb of a customer than to actually assist.
