We've been in Monton for 9 years and in that time we've ALWAYS had excellent care, friendly service and great advice from all here. Highly recommend them for all your pharmacist needs (including some more advanced things that save the GPs some trouble!)
Very bad costumer service! I went to them this morning with prescription for my son but they didn't treat my nicely!!!
Going to change this pharmacy tomorrow...god what a poor service they never has anything in stock of my prescriptions and the delivery service is changed it toke the last time more then a week everytime to get my medicines!!! They also have few very rude people working there a specially 1 lady answering the phone often very rude without any manners disconnected the calles everytime while i was still talking. Won't stay there if you need your medicines soon avoid this pharmacy at all costs
Rang on Thursday to see if they had a prescription item in stock. The pharmacy at our doctor’s surgery said it would be Monday. The staff went out of their way to find a supplier who had stock and chase it up on Friday to try and get a Friday delivery. Fortunately it arrived Friday afternoon. Thank you. Staff from both branches spoke to each other to do their best to assist with other items.
I recently took my granddaughter to see the pharmacist as she had earache. The pharmacist and staff were excellent. They were professional and efficient. They provided appropriate treatment and gave clear instructions regarding management. I cannot praise them enough. Having received prompt treatment my granddaughter is now fully recovered.
Customer service here is an issue. The girl who served me today (not a doctor nor a very good pharmacist) seemed to take an instant disliking to me, and so, I ended up without the tablets I needed even after I'd explained what they was for.
It's unfortunate to say but I believe this pharmacy to be ignorant to the fact of peoples critical health needs and wouldn't go here. Had an emergency situation, they had the stock, the GP systems was down but said they would send through the prescription when the systems are back up in two days and to see if the pharmacy would be kind enough to note down as a plan until it comes through in two days. Low and behold the utter disregard and lack of care for anyone but their bills, they denied unless I had it there and then in hand. I've had one other similar experience in my life and a pharmacy in Urmston loaned me what I needed without hesitation so says a lot about this pharmacy and their morals. If you want a pharmacy that actually will care about your health and wellbeing then this is unfortunately not it...
