Have used Malcolms twice, for vaccinations and for ongoing treatment, and can highly recommend. Very professional and caring and I feel in very safe hands. The range of services and products available is excellent.
The best of the best, only place who stocks my child’s prescription milk. Never failed us, always got it in for us. They also kept a spare tin in for us with our name on for the ‘just incase’ circumstances. Very professional and clearly care about their customers! Very very reliable.
Customer service is very good and all staff are very knowledgeable of medicines and other items for sale. Malcolm or Max are always on hand to give advice on prescribed medicines etc. New system of being notified and able to collect prescribed medication 24 hours a day is working very well after a few teething problems.
After a previous appointment issue Liz the podiatrist was very quick to rectify the problem and made another one immediately and waived the fee. The treatment was excellent and sorted my problem out. Also Malcolm apologised for the booking issue. I've retracted my earlier review and have already made another appointment in the new year. Good customer service means a lot and they got it spot on. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely wonderful staff. I rarely write reviews for anything but today I went into the chemist to pick up a prescription and was waiting around for a few mins. While I waited I saw various members of staff going well above and beyond for different customers. They knew a lot of the customers by name and asked after them etc. One elderly customer got a bit tearful and the staff were so lovely with her. It really was heart warming to see. They signposted her to Age Concern, asked about any support she’s got in place etc and one member of staff even offered to meet her for a coffee so they could have a chat. What an incredibly kind team they are. ❤️
Excellent customer centric service. Boots and Lloyds were both useless when I needed some advice about cream for scars. Staff here were attentive and informative. Thank you for such a positive customer experience

Malcom whom is the pharmacist is such a lovely gentleman and will go above and beyond to make sure that your never without your medication.I have used Malcolm’s Pharmacy since the day he opened and not once have I had a problem. His team of staff are just as welcoming and as friendly as Malcom himself is.
