Certain member of staff is rude. Made comments about me to the pharmacist loud enough for me to hear and wasn't discreet atall. If you're going to talk about a customer then do it when they aren't still waiting at the till. Or learn some professionalism
Somebody really needs to have a word with a certain member of staff. Her attitude and the way she speaks to customers is disgraceful. Looking at some of the negative reviews i would imagine we are speaking about the same person. We try to avoid coming in when she is on shift. She has now on several occasions spoken to my husband in a very disrespectful way shouting and demanding he wrote his name down. She did this by pushing a pen and paper in his face demanding he wrote his name down. Whilst i aporeciate some names are unfamiliar there is a way of asking people politely. It is only this person who has a problem.
I visit this pharmacy frequently. There are 2 assistant's that are rude and passive aggressive. They are both intentionally obstructive and extremely unhelpful. Ive visited this pharmacy today and the small plump assistant with grey hair and glasses was extremely difficult. Ive made a complaint to head office and I am now getting my prescriptions else where. No need to treat customers like this. The pharmacist is brilliant and the other staff are pleasant and helpful. Not sure how these 2 assistants haven’t been sacked yet, looking at the other re-views it isn’t just me. Think they are in the wrong job.

She is unpleasant, rude, negative and never cracks a smile and is totally in the wrong job. She desperately needs an extensive course on how to deal with the general public,Its got that bad that I avoid going in when she is on duty.

I find the counter staff often arrogant and unhelpful. The pharmacists have both been very polite and helpful when I have spoken with them. Just had a better experience today. Spoke to a young polite member of staff on the phone regarding missing medicationand collected it efficiently.
I can only imagine the 5* reviews are from staff. This pharmacy is round the corner from where i live. It is by far the most convenient one but ive had to leave due to staff incompetence. These staff know who they are, however there is a tall more professional man who is excellent, well done to him for persevering with what he is surrounded by. Its now got to the point where they are harming the health of my family with their incompetence and therefore they will all be leaving the service. Hopefully fewer customers may lead to the remaining ones being treated with slightly more respect but i doubt it.
