   Moved pharmacy and my only regret is I didn't do it sooner. Been a thought winter with a lot of my family being sick but the pharmacy gone the extra mile by giving good advice and ringing the doctors for us when an error was made, which was above and beyond.    a disgrace of a pharmacy; staff looked overworked beyond the point of normalcy. i saw a trainee worked off her feet and despite her disability nothing was put into place to accommodate it. i believe she was promptly sacked for her disability as the next time i went into the store she had been fired with prejudice simply because of the working conditions

   As a new resident in the area I was unsure of which pharmacy to nominate especially after having had so many problems with the pharmacy at my previous surgery. Beech Road pharmacy were polite, helpful and efficient especially as one of my items is not stocked by most pharmacies and needs ordering but I put my prescription in at 2pm and all my items were ready for 11am as promised the next day . I have nominated you as my pharmacy, thank you for your help and 5* service. As these are my current regular medications I hope if I speak with you ahead of time you will be able to have all my items in stock next time.

   We use this pharmacy at my work which is a care home and the service is really great. Medication is always delivered on time and any queries we have the staff are always really helpful. I would recommend this Beech Road to anyone who is in the care industry or for personal use as the service is excellent.
