Needed an item that was taking too long from my online pharmacy (1 week) The Lady at Middleton Pharmacy was very helpful on the phone, she ordered the item and it came the next day. Great friendly service. Highly recommended.

Great experiences, fastest pharmacy I have been at so continue to go to this one. Staff were great and even the manager, Sam I believe is also professional and friendly.
Came here for my Grandad's medication. Staff told him that his medication would be ready for 4 o'clock. Got there at around 4.15 and it wasn't ready, had me waiting another 20 minutes. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and the floor behind the counter was a mess, bags of people's medication all over. I'm glad this isn't my pharmacy.
Prescription for insulin sent from doctors 23rd June. Should been delivered Wednesday 25th but wasn't, phone call to them Friday 27 told is was definitely out for delivery. Didn't arrive. Another phone call, would definitely be delivered Monday. Arrived afternoon Monday contents checked and still not complete. Missing item was insulin need that day.
Very good no problem getting prescriptions informed when ready and do free delivery.
