   Hi everyone,I was referred to this pharmacy for an urgent prescription from 111 NHS,due to disputes from the pharmacist and my doctor I was left in tears,the pharmacist and the old lady serving were absolutely disgusting,I sat for an hour watching these two treat people in the most inhumane and humiliating way,a wonderful woman came in to buy something and gave me comfort and called the bowness road chemist...Do not go there they are pigs.. the lovely young lady was so kind..so thank you

   My wifes prescription were not in but the proprietor/Manager/chemist whatever his title is, promised that he would get them out to me that day as soon as the supply arrived. Delivery finished at 3pm but the chemist himself delivered the medication well after his business hours which was beyond his duty in my veiw. Fantastic service from an individual.

   Don't dispense all prescriptions on site anymore meaning days waiting for meds. Such a shame as the staff are lovely.

   Very rude staff and they never ever have anything you've been prescribed!!! Don't even bother to go there. Many more better pharmacies around, especially one next to Donatello's is well stacked and have got very polite staff.

   Moved here as it was the nearest pharmacy to us but have since moved back to where we was using. Woman behind the counter is so rude.

   Very rude staff member pointing to a biro scribbled sign that there was no pharmacy from 1400hrs. This was through a locked door and it was only 1330hrs. Never seen such an attitude from staff before and I will not be returning. I have complained to HQ and await a reply. **Avoid avoid avoid**
