Good pharmacy, very organised. Mildly annoying to be the only shop on the planet that still closes for a lunch hour. Please update your opening times!
I have been trying to phone the chemist since 10.24 and it rings and rings and then it makes a sound like it is a Fax Machine. When you try to ring again it it engaged for a few minutes
Ok farmacy, staff is pretty helpful, however the only reservations I have are the following: - When you phone, often times the call is ignored unless you keep ringing and ringing, and eventually someone does picks up. - Sometimes when you go to the pharmacy in person, the farmacists see the clients, but don't really acknowledge them until they finish their conversation, which sometimes has nothing to do with work, which is not very professional. Also, some common over the counter medicines are sometimes not stocked, which is a bit annoying.
GAVE ME OUT OF DATE BABY MILK FOR MY PREMATURE BABY 4 months out of date neocate lcp do not use this chemist there very very rude laughin and giggles because they gave a baby out of date milk really though what is this place
Experts at being totally unfriendly and rude. A visit is devoid of even the most basic pleasantries. I wonder why? Contempt for the local clientele I suspect.
Very helpful ladies. Got a prescription from the GP next door and the lady suggested buying the same product rather than by prescription and saved me a couple pounds. Looking after your customers will make them come back - I certainly will be back whenever I need anything :)
