   Very poor service went in because it's my local pharmacy and where i get my medication from. My ankle was swollen and could not get in at local doctors was told to go the hospital with out the nurse/doctor/ whatever even looking at my ankle or offering me anything for it. Since this as happend i have change pharmacy and will not step back inside tesco.

   Always very slow, always ask you to go and do shopping then come back. They don't like you waiting for your prescription at the counter. Although they say they will text when your prescription is ready, this rarely happens. Poor all round service.

   Very helpful and friendly staff, always ready to assist. The pharmacy is clean and well-organised, with medications always in stock. They offer a wide range of services including flu jabs, blood pressure checks, repeat prescription collection, and other healthcare advice. You can also do some shopping while waiting for prescriptions, which is very convenient. Overall, a reliable and welcoming pharmacy that provides excellent service to the community.

   This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever encountered—truly the worst of its kind. The staff is utterly unprofessional, with a complete lack of customer service skills and zero grasp of basic inventory management. The shelves are perpetually empty, and the service is consistently delayed and disorganized. Particularly concerning are the two female staff members—one wearing glasses and the other of Asian descent—who are regularly seen gossiping behind the counter instead of attending to customers. On multiple occasions, I have overheard them making distasteful and disparaging remarks about customers, which is absolutely unacceptable. They are entirely unfit for this line of work and seem clueless about their responsibilities. It’s no surprise that this pharmacy has such a poor reputation—no one wants to come here, and rightly so.

   Now they have poor service, seems they are short of staff, Pharmacy staff is stress not polite, and now they don't even answer phone calls!

   This pharmacy is at the back of Tesco in Cheetham Hill. When you come through the automatic doors, walk straight through - all the way until the back. I have sometimes had to wait and sometimes been served straight away. I have always found them to be really helpful.
