   In process of having building work for consultation rooms. Still working as a pharmacy. My prescription not available and they said would deliver it by lunch time following day. It arrived early, just a couple of hours after I got back. Impressively efficient!!

   The service is the worst iv never felt humilated specially from the pharmacist he had such a bad attitude towards me . He actually ruined my whole mood n maded me feel like I was a piece dirt. Some people don't respect people n don't even care about their customers. Even when I rang this chemist this particular pharmacist was rude n refuse to give me the medication even though 111 referred me their. I will never go back to this chemist I rather die than be insulted

   Wise Pharmacy in Cheetham Hill has an outstanding team that provides excellent customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their medication delivery service is reliable, and I rarely have to contact them for follow-ups. Unlike other pharmacies I've been to, this is the first one where I genuinely feel welcomed and appreciated. The owner and staff are efficient, always willing to go above and beyond to assist their customers. A major bonus is their extended opening hours, which adds to the convenience. I will definitely continue using Wise Pharmacy.

   I bought the glucose test strips and didn't notice that they were expired and I was checking the sugar and the reading was forming Reading incorrectly, and when I went to the doctor, he told me that the expiry date of the slides had expired..... and when I returned to the pharmacy, they told me that I was to blame because I did not pay attention And check history. They refused to replace the slides with new ones, and it took four days for them to replace them. They do not take into account the history of the medicine....... Please make sure of the date of any medicine he took from this pharmacy.

   Extremely poor service, last week I called her mom for diabetes medicine, Guy said I would send an emergency request to the GP. I believed it !! After 4 days my mother told me that my medicine still did not come, I was very disappointed. WOW!
