   I have called 28 times about my medication over 3 weeks and no one answers. I can just rock up there as you have to pay for parking and I can't afford to just park there if my medication isn't available. They are always rude and ignore you when you walk in when you do get your meds for 5- 10 mins they don't say we will be with you or sorry for waiting, nothing they are the worst pharmacy in manchester by far an absolute disgrace! How are you letting people go without their meds. Sickning

   Have been trying to call this Pharmacy all day long, from their opening time which is at 8:30am right up until closing time. I Have probably tried to call more than 50 times and not once has their phone been answered. How is this continuing to be the default hospital pharmacy when they have such bad practice and literally play with peoples lives? I can't even get through to them to discuss my medication, which i require urgently because of my health. What an absolute joke of a service! This place deserves to be shut down, and the pharmacists stripped of their licenses. An invetigation into their processes Is very much needed.

   Too small to cater for the size of the hospital. Some staff in there just not bothered as they take their time even to process a bottle of cough medicine. This hospital needs a counter of at least 5 strong minded professional staff under guidance of maybe three pharmacists to speed people's waiting time.

   This is a little pharmacy and i am sure serving such a huge hospital can be challenging ! I have had my share of waiting time but i must say the many bad comments are absolutely undeserved !! The staff is doing they're best and is always polite considering Hospital Patients are not the most patiente Customers !! Keep up the good work

   I've been prescribed a medication for this specific pharmacy in the A&E and went straight to the pharmacy, just to be attended by a very rude girl closing me the door on my nose saying that they close at 4 when it wasn't even 4 and they've just prescribed it to me. Tried to explain it to her and she shouted at me just a "NO" twice. I've never been treated so badly in a hospital.

   Bunch of time wasters.. ladies just chatting together instead of serving.. one of them was busy chewing her nails and staring at me eyes to eyes for 5 minutes and did not ask me anything... After ten minutes of waiting other members of their group who came from outside asked me if I had been served!!!! Very bad customer service .

   Beg, borrow or steal two valiium. Book a day off work. Buy several magazines. Prepare a packed lunch. You are now ready to collect your prescription from here. Prepare for the wait. The fact that this place, as well as the hospital in general is not on special measures is a sad reflection on the efficiency of thCQC. I have transferred my treatment to Salford Royal so no longer need to deal with these cowboys. Good luck to those of you who do.

   I can’t think of a reason why it been 21 minutes since I paid & came in yet still have no perception and stood outside. Was told 10 mins. Yes it’s now 21 mins. Just poor service. Plus not open weekends, what’s the point.

   Had to pick up a prescription from here yesterday & I have to say the staff were so friendly, helpful & chatty, I have been a postman for 14 years & have delivered to many other pharmacies in my time, most of the time they are like a morgue, so it was a very refreshing change, the lady that served me even went out of her way to get my prescription double checked by a doctor, as she had a feeling something wasn't quite right with it, she was absolutely right & had it amended for me, thank you for your service.
