   I am very disappointed with this nail salon. Every time I call to book an appointment, they ask me what time would be convenient for me. I tell them my preferred time, but then I immediately hear that they are very busy and cannot take me. This is not the first time it has happened – they simply do not accept my booking at all. I don’t understand why they ask me to choose a time if there are no available slots anyway. Very unprofessional and unpleasant for the customer.

   Went to get my nails done , technician was in a mood and basically let at on me , by being rough with my hands it made him grumpy when I told him he was hurting me , so he messed up on my nails they look horrendous! Horrible service , then argued with me when I told him I don’t like them , because of poor service and not being satisfied I offed to pay £50 instead of £70 as I didn’t like the service and mails ,I ended up payed the full amount as I couldn’t be bothered but he was just being rude !

   I had my nails painted in gel here. I was asked after two coats if the colour was okay, it seemed fine but I was behind a plastic screen. Noticed after that the ends weren't capped so would likely chip soon. Owner said if any issues to come back as long as it's within a few days, was very friendly. After a little while, I noticed the colour was patchy and sharp bits of glitter were sticking out, also there was gel polish on my skin. I went back and the same gentleman who painted them took the polish off, using a motorized buffer tool again. My nails started to feel really sensitive and I flinched at one point, he actually took some of my nail away and I'm down to the skin. A full corner of one nail is missing. There was no point in painting them at this point as the nail was so short and would have looked worse than them being plain. I requested a refund, the owner agreed but didn't seem too happy about it or ask me why. No apology was made. She said they don't normally do refunds as they've taken the time and offered to rectify but I genuinely felt uncomfortable, also I took time out of my own day and have ended up with badly damaged nails. I know gel isn't the best for nails but it's the tool he used which has made them sore. He's buffed down to my skin on one of my nails :'( it's bendy and sore. I rarely treat myself and this is the second time I've ever had my nails done. My nails now feel like paper and I regret coming. There was some lovely work coming out of this nail bar, I'm sure today was a one off but my nails look vile now, I would have fed this back whilst I was in there but nobody seemed to want to know. My skin still has polish on as well. :'(

   I've been loyal to T nail for many years, however a couple of my more recent infill visits have not been good experiences. Today the worst of all, there's someone new and both times he's done my nails, he's drawn blood. Today every single finger feels like it's been butchered and they're actually very painful, I'll be on the lookout for infection. I don't even live in the village and I've continued to drive from the opposite end of Rotherham for T nails service. Needless to say after today, no apology for the damage and pain caused to myself, I was still expected to pay full price despite being butchered, I do not think I will be returning to T nail on the future.
