   Really good pharmacy, friendly and quick. Always send a text when medication ready to collect, so no waiting. Told Rebin about a small issue while she was taking my blood pressure and she told me about the services the pharmacy can now offer rather than waiting to see a GP. The pharmacist advised me and gave me medication. Great service.

   I was served by a po-faced woman, no smiles, no social skills. She looked absolutely miserable. For God's sake, she's the public face of your pharmacy. I wanted a price for something. She kept me waiting for a long time, fiddling about on the computer. No interaction. No "I'm sorry to keep you waiting." No explanation of why it was taking so long to get a price for a product on your shelves. No sociable comments about the vagaries of computer systems. No smiles, no eye contact. I left feeling angry. The product cost more than I expected and I refused it, but by then I'd pretty much decided to walk out anyway.

   By far one of the best, if not the best pharmacy in Didsbury. I have never had any issues with my medication being dispensed and issued to me. All the staff go above and beyond, not only with medication but also travel advice and general wellbeing advice and what over the counter medication would be best suited. All the staff show compassion no matter the query you may or the medication you require. There is a private room which is available for those in a situation they may not feel comfortable in asking infront of others. I cannot fault or complain about any aspect of the pharmacy or indeed the staff. 5 stars every single time and nothing you ask is to much of an issue and staff always help and advise where they can. 10 / 10 for outstanding services. I highly recommend this pharmacy and having Barlow Medical Centre next door is perfect and saves having to add other trips to get your medication. They also offer a fantastic delivery service which is also top notch. Give it a try and I hope that you aren't disappointed but if you are let me know and I will strip of to my pants and run around the carpark!! Just joking, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy!.
