Wonderful pharmacy with friendly and knowledgeable staff members in particular the lady with dark straight hair and glasses..she always so helpful . Cheerful and kind. Also the pharmacist who usually works in the mornings is so polite and knows his stuff. Nice and clean environment too...always well stocked.
I have only been with well pharmacy woodsend for approx 5 months since i had my 2nd baby and all i can say is they have been nothing short of amazing, always really lovely, polite & extremely helpful. I have never had any issues with prescriptions or ordering etc i would highly recommend.
I do not recommend this pharmacy. We have many instances of delays deliveries, broken promises and excessive waiting times. Unfortunately, possibly due to excessive numbers of patients, they are failing in their duty of care to their patients.
So lucky to have this near us. Really convenient and they have argos pick up as well. The staff are really nice and especially a young lady called Linda who my 3 year old son adores. Well done Sainsbury's much appreciated.
I had the pleasure of having Linda berry looking after me whilst I was with ash residential although the landlord wasn’t great they did everything to help me out linda is asset to the company thanks for being great ☺️
A few months ago I was heavily pregnant and the then young pharmacist decided to yell at me and make me cry. No member of staff decided to step in but a member of public did thankfully. And then the pharmacist threatened the member of public and myself. They never answer the phone. Are rude and extremely slow. I under hard times and sickness but no all day everyday. But the lady with black hair is super lovely and friendly all the time.
I've had good experiences with the pharmacy and the staff in the past, but recently it has been impossible to get hold of them by telephone - they simply don't pick up. I'm attempting to have a repeat prescription filled for a friend and am out of the area so cannot go in person. This friend is now out of their anxiety medication and will suffer as a result. Not good at all, I don't know if short staffed or what but its having a real effect on people.
Absolutely horrible staff. Went in with a relative and instead of listening to what they had to say, they shouted over them. After my relative had sat down to wait for a prescription they decided to mimic and make fun of the complaint. While this was going on, the staff also shouted at another member of the public when they were just asking a question. Will not be using this pharmacy again. We also left without the things we needed as they apparently did not have them in stock.
Pleasant helpful staff but said they would phone me when my prescription was ready and didn't.
