   Worse chemist I've been to ever! I handed my prescription in with half owing, was told to call next day after four to pick up! I called next day after four to be told to take a seat after waiting 30 minutes! I was then told they don't have it in? I asked why they made me wait to tell me this? They said they was looking for the pills! I was then told to go home and wait for a text! I waited 2 weeks!! No text? I went back to be told they gave me my pills! After me arguing they haven't they gave me my pills making out I already picked them up! Awful never going back chaging my chemist straight away.

   Though I am young and rarely sick, this building has been my pharmacy my whole life. I've been there through it all. The staff are currently very good and professional and know how to give solid recommendations and advice.

   I had had enough of the terrible service at kearsley Cohen's chemist..so glad I swapped to peak pharmacy..service is amazing.. prescriptions are ready and collection doesn't involve cueing down the street for an hour..polite and informative staff...thankyou and keep up the good work

   Went in today to collect my medication, to be told it had been collected. This was impossible as both myself and husband have been self isolating and today was the 1st day back outside, theres noone else that can collect for me. Whilst initially they did seem very helpful looking where for the prescription, they seemed to get quite frustrated, (maybe this was due to it being near the end of their shift) continuously asking me has no one else collected it, it's very odd a random person has gone in for my medication knowing my details etc, the lady that dealt with me (Jan I believe her name was) basically shrugged her shoulders and said theres nothing I can do, I explained my prescription has been ordered in plenty of and due to their mistake I've not got several days without my pain relief, I also explained that's whilst I agree and I can assure them I've not claimed my prescription, due to their mistake for which there was NO apology I and now with my pain relief for 24 to 36hrs (until my next prescription is ready) the fact my medication has been claimed by someone else, they dont know and seemed to pass the blame onto me and offer no apology is disgraceful. They were certainly not very resourceful in solving my issues. And I will be changing my nominated pharmacy
