I want to acknowledge the outstanding service given by the pharmacist. Not only is she extremely competent and efficient but no matter how busy the pharmacy is, she continues to be gracious and patient with all, showing much kindness. This chemist used to be polite, friendly, and quick. They now seem to have a policy of keeping patients waiting. You would think that the job description was "make patients wait", instead of "serve patients". Expect to wait while they chat, while they answer the phone, while they do paperwork. Anything for anyone, but to serve you as soon as you come in. And that's after pretending they didn't notice you were waiting. There is one member of staff that happily drops everything and serves, but you'll be lucky if he is in that day.
I want to thank the staff, in particular Shaju, the pharmacist for always being so kind, considerate, thoughtful and understanding. I appreciate everything they do for me, always going out of their way to help me.
Booked and attended a flu jab appointment today. An absolutely seamless process with no issues to find fault with. I was attended to by the Pharmacist and an assistant (undergoing training), both polite, professional and more importantly, they laughed at my jokes. Further, we have been using this Pharmacy for nearly 20 years, mainly for our special needs daughter. On many many occasions the staff have gone to great lengths to sort out any issues, sometimes of our own making. Thank you from Sofia. XXX
I want to point out the outstanding support we get each time we attend the pharmacy! The team is very professional and patient. Each time we need their professional guide, they go above and beyond to give us a hand! I do not know of other pharmacies providing such professional and caring support!
