   Booked with nhs for a cancer patient to get flu and covid vaccine at this pharmacy. Totally disgusted to be told that the nhs website shouldn't be doing weekend bookings when I clearly had confirmation of is booked. Not a single call off this pharmacy to let you know. Brought an ill chap in just to be told tough is disgusting. Managed to find a proper pharmacy elsewhere that would do this in an instant given his condition. Very very poor service and shocking.

   Terrible chemist.Worst I've ever known. Always short on stock. Say they'll deliver and you sit there like a plum waiting, and it never arrives! They seem to think everyone in the world has some in their lives that helps them!.Then they Never answer their phone, because they're understaffed, and so slow! If you do manage to get through they hang up before you get a chance to speak. So if your reliant on speaking to your chemist, or on your medication being delivered, go somewhere else!

   I had a GP request for a BP reading. I asked at the pharmacy if they could do it. They were extremely obliging. Gareth not only took my BP but sent it directly to my GP and gave me interesting advice/information. An excellent service.

   I went for a covid booster shot. It was dark, and raining heavily, so I have no information on parking, etc. Also I did not look around the place, so I am unable to answer queries on stocks or prices, etc.

   I've used this pharmacy on a regular basis for 10 years plus the pharmacist and sales assistants, used to go above and beyond a customers expectations sadly these have all left. I can honestly say over the last 6mths its gone rapidly down hill, on many occasions I've seen one member of staff thinking she can talk to customers anyway she likes. So rude she's beyond belief very unprofessional and no customer service skills whatsoever, she's obviously getting away with her behaviour as I've never seen a pharmacist raise an eyebrow to the way she speaks to people. Customers can be left stood at the counter 5 mins plus before someone might acknowledge you if your lucky. The phones ringing constantly with no one bothering to answer it, No regular pharmacist prescription are on the last minute having to chase up even though they've been sent by the doctors well on time.
