   I recently visited Cohens Chemist and was concerned to see a member of staff who was visibly unwell and coughing. Although they were wearing a mask, this is a healthcare environment where many customers, myself included, may have serious underlying health conditions and weakened immunity. As someone with a severe health condition, I felt very uncomfortable and anxious being in the same room as someone who appeared ill, even with precautions in place. In a pharmacy setting, I believe it is especially important that unwell staff are not customer-facing to protect vulnerable visitors. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and ensure appropriate measures are in place to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all customers.

   Absolutely terrible service at Cohen Pharmacy, Cheetham Hill. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and show no sense of urgency or care for patients. Every time I visit, they’re short on medication or tell me to “come back later” with no explanation or apology. It’s shocking how disorganised and unprofessional this place is. People rely on pharmacies for essential medication, this one clearly doesn’t take that responsibility seriously. Avoid this place if you can.

   Whole pharmacy team is friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure patients needs. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and quality of service provided by Laraib. I would highly recommend this pharmacy. Five stars isn't enough - outstanding service from start to finish.

   The WORST chemist I have ever been to!!!! I always have issues when I pick up my medication, but this time was the last straw. My mum went to pick up 2 months worth of medication for me. Firstly, they didn't notify me they even had the first month's medication, I had to chase it up myself. When my mum went to pick up both months prescriptions, the woman was an absolute incompetent joke! She claimed the 1st month's prescription expired because I didn't pick it up in time (despite me having no clue they even had it, and having to chase it up myself), and that they apparently didn't receive the 2nd months prescription from my dermatologist. This is entirely untrue, considering I receive a confirmation email from my dermatologist that it has been sent at the time they do so. On top of that, she claimed I had to do some kind of test in order for her to give me my prescriptions from the dermatologist?? But yet she had just claimed, they no longer had one prescription and didn't receive the other, talk about conflicting statements! Which is it, I have to a test to receive them, or you no longer have them?? Any tests I do, I do via my dermatologist, and the chemist are just supposed to hand me the prescriptions. That's how it has been every month when I go through this process. My mum asked what test, but she didn't clarify, so I have no clue. I'm so fed up of the incompetence of the staff here, my family and I are nothing but polite and understanding when we go there and yet time and time again, the staff are uncooperative and dismissive. I'm so fuming, I have not had my prescription for the past 2 months, and they refuse to give it me. The woman my mum spoke to there, kept giving conflicting answers and was extremely vague and incompetent. If you can, get your prescription and meds sent elsewhere!! They constantly mess you around at this chemist, it's an honest to God mission to get one prescription. Now, I have no medication, no clue how to resolve this, apart from flagging it with my dermatologist. The incompetence is crazy, and I've gone past the point of understanding. It's so unfair that they are able to get away with this abysmal service, and patients just have to accept it. It's been years of little instances that have gotten bigger every time. Don't bother with this chemist!!! Every staff member tells you something different. If I could leave 0 stars, I would! The fact they have so many 5 stsr reviews is extremely suspicious in itself, as well, considering everyone I speak to who goes here, always experience some issue!

   Used to get amazing service from this chemist,polite,helpful and great delivery. But since having new management the service has gone right down,will not redeliver when they send a text on day of delivery, if you miss the delivery due to circumstances, they will not redeliver I am looking to take the complaint further,but I am cancelling and going elsewhere.
