Finally found a salon where I feel comfortable. Staff are so friendly and always do an amazing job. Salon is spotlessly clean and always get a warm welcome.
The girls are lovely and I’ve never had a bad service from them. I have BIAB gel mani’s and they’re perfect every time from all the technicians. No nail design or colour has been an issue they have something for everyone!

Beyond annoyed with this place now. I had acrylics put on for my birthday. They begun lifting and looking rubbish after 13 days. 3 nails were practically hanging off. So I thought maybe it was just a bad lot and I booked in to have them fixed and infilled. They rung me on the morning of my appointment to tell me their card machine wasn’t working, so I withdrew cash. I have a 4 month old son and if anyone is a parent, you’ll know how much of a mission it is to go out and about. I got everything in the car, my baby, the pushchair, all of the bags etc. and paid for parking. I walked through the door to the salon and immediately was told they couldn’t do my nails as I hadn’t done the booking right. I spoke to the woman on the phone THAT MORNING and reinforced that I was having infills and a rebalance but I couldn’t select both as the website wasn’t working properly and she said that’s fine. It obviously wasn’t so I had wasted my time coming in to town to have my nails done, carrying around everything for a newborn and I was 2 minutes late, and they wouldn’t do my nails despite reinforcing twice what I was having done. Not only that, but the staff were snappy with me and just said they were fully booked and couldn’t fit me in and asked if I wanted to rebook my appointment. Obviously not? The staff gave me dirty looks for walking in with a baby for a start, I got moaned at for being a couple of minutes late when I had spent all morning sorting myself and my baby out to get there, I was spoken to like utter dirt, my time was wasted and I’d spent money on the car park and withdrawn money I didn’t need. If there was a problem, they should’ve said so on the phone. There was no need to be spoken to in a snappy and horrible tone for no reason, the services are too expensive to say they don’t last long and were poorly done, and they can’t fit customers in when they said they could. If I could rate this 0 I would. Don’t waste your time going here.
I love this nail salon. Lovely atmosphere and Jemma is friendly, amazing at nails and has a knack of knowing just what you want. This visit I needed my nails short but she still made them look fabulous. I would highly recommend her.
The only place I go to get my nails done! A loyal customer for nearly 5 years and would highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Natalie, Saranna, Megan & all the Flash girls are amazing and the proof is in their work. Thanks for making each visit so welcoming just like I'm hanging with close friends.
