   A diabolical service , the staff love arguing with poorly people , only give half prescriptions then refuse to deliver the other half of our prescriptions , I had to organise for someone to sit with my terminally ill husband this morning whilst I got my prescription to find I only had half of the prescription I had to wait until 2.30 pm to ask the doctors where my prescription was to be told the chemist had it there , when I phoned up the staff were extremely argumentative with me which I had heard before from other customers that sh would not be delivering my prescription as I cannot get out now to leave my husband , I asked why she was being rude with me she said she was being rude because I was when I said I'm certainly not being rude she said neither was she until I said you have just admitted you were being rude with me , still she was adamant that I cannot get my prescription as they don't have a driver and I can't get out and leave my husband , they argued with a terminally ill man just a few weeks back until my husband reported them , absolutely disgusting service no wonder the chemist is always empty

   This place should be rated higher. Very quick service (compared to other Hyde chemists), most of the staff are friendly. It is clean, they're efficient. They have never let me down... So a 5 it is.

   Quality! I swapped pharmacies recently for location purposes I’ve now returned for the fantastic service they provide very efficiently run. I couldn’t get to pharmacy for my medication so I phoned up and requested delivery and they was delivered next day. Thank you the hub ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Have had to have my script sent to this pharmacy as they are the only ones in the area that take my specific prescription. But honestly every time I walk in there there’s a huge line of people waiting. In average I spent about 20-30 minutes waiting for my prescription. The first time I went in for my first dose of my medication I was asked to take it in the middle of the pharmacy rather than in the side room. Not very professional and the side room is honestly disgusting with cigarette ends on the floor and cobwebs on the ceiling. I commented this to a pharmacist and he didn’t seem to take it on board at all. I dread having to come in here but don’t have a choice.

   Shocking customer service. Each time I go in there is a long wait, usually 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. There seems to be no organisation or working system. There are alot of staff behind the high counter but none seems to know what others are doing. The last time I went in (which will be the last time!) a customer was having an asthma attack, she needed an inhaler and staff didn't seem interested. Also, a young man in a hoody before me in the queue was ignored by the female member of staff. When I pointed out he was before be she clicked her fingers to another staff member to serve him! Disgusting service. Be suspicious of good reviews.

   Pharmacy staff are lovely and have been dealing with medication delays to the best of their abilities. Very helpful with any issues I have had, even when the error has come from my GP and not them.

   I put in a repeat prescription on the 3rd its now the tenth still no sign of it and I've tried phone fir three days now with no answer. After 5pm its permanently engaged apart from yesterday when at 5.05 got a ringtone for somebody to promptly hang it up ,been try now since 8.31 still no answer will now try for the fourth time

   I have changed my pharmacy to this pharmacy thinking that they may be better you know what they say say the grass does not always grow greener on the other side of the fence. Tried phoning this pharmacy various time's to see if they have my repeat prescription. Only to be cut off after it ringing for 3 minutes. Looks like I will have to take a four mile bus ride in the cold wet weather and stand around for 10 minutes before anyone asks what your there for. Think I will be going back to my old pharmacy. The service here is absolutely diabolical. Can't answer the phone. Don't have your prescription ready. They don't contact you when your prescription is read. They leave you standing around in the shop for over 10 to 15 minutes waiting to be served. Think ill be going back to the well chemist. I know now where the grass is greener.

   The service at this pharmacy is pretty non-existent. The staff are rude when in-store and trying to get through on the phone is like pulling teeth. It took me over 20 tries to eventually get through and even then they didn't apologise or really help with my issue. Ordered medication over a week ago and still waiting for it. There are some major issues at this branch that need addressing, from the customer service to the overall lack of communication and knowledge of patient needs. The duty of care is ignored completely and it's really not good enough.
