   Bought from Lloyds Pharmacy online for the first time in the after Christmas sales. Totally amazing. The price reductions on different gift sets were huge. I have stocked up on nine varying items, which will make fantastic birthday presents throughout the year, meaning I can give quality gifts to my friends and family, at a fraction of the price.    Another disappointing experience. Attempted to pick up an urgent prescription at 4 and told there was no pharmacist avaliable until aleast 630, and couldn't access the system to transfer to another pharmacy. Attempted to call to confirm a pharmacist had arrived, and attempted over 10 times in half an hour before getting a response. Very poor service and communication

   I wouldn't normally review something like a pharmacy as it is a vital service which we are all grateful to have, and massively takes pressure off GPs. However, this place has such consistently poor service that I'm frustrated into doing so in case someone reads this while considering Lloyds at Sainsbury's as their selected Pharmacy for prescriptions. With kids, I'm regularly going for various basic prescribed medicines and I selected it because of the convenience of being in store. I'd estimate that I've been there 15 times now to pick up a prescription and not once have I simply been able to pick it up and walk away. Typical occurrences are: - No prescription on their computer when I show up, event though I leave several hours from when the doctor prescribed it. - None of the medication in stock (despite it being something very common like inhaler or antibiotics). - Staff hide around the back where they can't see customers. There is a mirror which they don't look at. - Staff constantly have the attitude of me being an inconvenience and them doing me a huuuuuge favour. It is NEVER available and ready no matter how long since the prescription was written. - I now have to ring before I drive there, and even then the attitude is poor and evasive and vague about how long it will take to be ready. And when I show up after the suggested amount of time, it still isn't ready. I'm not sure how this runs as a business given the competition in the area. Bottom line is that they survive purely because of the convenience of being where people already have to be in store. Otherwise nobody would select this Pharmacy as a place to get what they need.

   The staff who served me, she was so arrogant, I had to think twice about what I had done wrong , but looking at the reviews I'm not surprised. They are lucky they get the customers of Sainsbury's otherwise no one would even step in that area.

   Staff constantly hiding out of customers view making them very unapproachable. Had ran out of flu vaccines but not contacted me. Got there and no notices to say they’d ran out, even had the check in QR code still up. Horrible experience. Will be stopping using Lloyds online as a result.
