Went for a private flu jab. Booking online was quick and easy, and I was sent confirmation and reminder messages. Everyone at the chemist was friendly and efficient and I was seen on time. Thanks.
Cohens is a wonderful Chemists. The practitioner who delivered mu flu vaccine was skilful and gentle and the lady who dealt with the paperwork was friendly and professional. Thank you for such a great service. Plus there is lots of space in the car park right outside the practice. Highly recommended.
My experience is an excellent one. I’ve had to liaise with the pharmacy about the best way to arrange my mum’s medication and collect it on a weekly basis. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and have been pro-active with advice when we’ve needed it. In my view quality customer service and experience is sadly a dying art - the team at Cohen’s are a shining example of how it should be done. This is an excellent pharmacy, the staff are very efficient, professional and friendly. However Hardeep is just brilliant, so understanding, helpful and caring. I wouldn’t consider using any other pharmacy.
The attitude of the main chemist there is disgusting. This man's customer skills and his rudeness is second to none. To the pint where I will now be having my medication sent somewhere else. I went for my medicine and he said wait outside.(after freedom day) I was waiting 10 minutes so went back inside and said is it ready. He said yes it's there it's been there 5 minutes. Cod he not have let me know. The man is so so rude and arrogant it is untrue.
I've used the Sale branch for a number of years and have my parents in there too now. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Hazel who frequently goes above and beyond. Hardeep the pharmacist is a really nice guy who runs a great team.
