Always good to be able to use regular manned checkouts and pay in cash. Very kind and helpful staff.

We had a really pleasant visit to the Morrisons café. The food was nice and freshly prepared, and the atmosphere felt welcoming for families. At first, there was a small mix-up with my order—I had asked for a cheeseburger but was given a hamburger instead. However, the staff were quick to notice and correct it, and they did so with genuine politeness and care, which made all the difference. What stood out most was how considerate they were towards our family. Our daughter was given a free meal, which was incredibly helpful to us. Times are a bit tough financially, and our main priority is always making sure she is fed and happy. That thoughtful gesture really eased the pressure and left us feeling grateful. Overall, the café staff showed kindness and efficiency, turning what could have been a frustrating moment into a positive experience. We left feeling looked after and very appreciative of the service.

1 hour to receive the food. Unfortunately the staff look overwhelmed. The tables were dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves. Morrisons should hire more people for this cafe; clearly the actual staff can’t handle a busy Sunday. Food (full English, fish and chips and a bowl of chips) below average for this type of food, and price-wise (£18.25), not cheaper than other cafes around. It's our local Morrisons, and we do most of our shopping there and decided to try the cafe's food today. It was a bad decision, and we were totally disappointed.

For about a year now been trying to order 2 things from uber eats. The mac and cheese with salad and garlic bread and the steak pie with peas and mash and whenever I order it's never in stock and end up having to cancel my order. No exxagaration when I say a year. Tried to order a good few times the same 2 meals never in stock.

Give the full breakfasts a try here. You will be presented with raw bacon, beans that are 6c, mushroom that has never seen a cooker and is also raw. The free toast is given to you in a utensil caddy. When I shown the manager she took it away shoved the lot in the microwave and brought it back rock hard. It's not often I'm lost for words but on this occasion I was gobsmacked. There was only 1 other customer in the restaurant, now I see why.

Breakfast, myself and my 3 year old son, food cold, coffee machine not working, so I had tea which was nice, however, the food was either reheat - dried up, and cold. Dirty crockery, dirty trays and dirty table. Staff friendly.

Floors and tables absolutely dirty. Took ages for staff to serve us, staff so unprofessional. Store manager needs to sort things out, would definitely not meet food hygiene standards that’s for sure. Shame really because our elderly seem to use this cafe a lot, unfortunately I will never use this cafe again……………..

Absolute shambles... 20 minutes wait to get served, 15 minutes to cook breakfast.. order was wrong, no cutlery, no cups... Staff with their head in the clouds, staff wearing filthy clothes. Tables not cleaned, food barely edible, no condiments.... Never again. Whoever manages this place needs to get their head of their arses and pull their socks up.
