First time going to a beauty shop and also first time having lash extensions. I contacted them on Fb just on of chance they had a space for me she said sorry nothing this week I explained I was going to a wedding friday just thought I'd try I didn't think anymore of it then she messaged me the day after with a cancellation. How nice was that?. I got there a lovely lady shown me the place I needed to be which was good then the young girl doing my lashes explained everything in full asked if I'd have a nice day at work she was lovely. Then the manager came up stairs making sure I was ok . The lashes was lovely then the manager messaged me to see how my lashes was I wasn't shocked because all the ladies was lovely but how kind is that you wouldn't get that in most places they have your money and that's it. Thank you 5 stars xx
