Beth is amazing! She transformed me today. My hair is in very bad condition my own doing! Beth worked her magic and when I walked out of House I felt like a new improved and younger me! She is so kind and patient. Professional and knowledgeable my hair looks and feels so soft and silky. The colour is gorgeous and the cut perfect. Can't wait to go again and see Beth. I’m a new client of Beth’s this year and I always look forward to my appointments with her every few months. She is amazing at what she does and very knowledgeable in all things hair! I often go in with an idea of what I want and Beth will give her input on what will look best and I’m always blown away with what she creates and I leave 100% happy! I also really enjoy our chats, she is always so lovely and easy to talk too! The salon as a whole always feels welcoming and professional and the staff are all lovely and can’t do enough for you! I recently switched to this salon. During lockdown I bleached my own hair and have been trying to find a hairdresser to blend out the block I did myself. Beth explained the whole process to me and let me know exactly what she could do. I’ve been 3 times now and feel welcome every time, all staff are lovely and Beth has done a wonderful job on my hair. I wasn’t made to feel judged about doing my own hair when I have felt like that in other salons. Overall a wonderful place and I would highly recommend.
The team at House of S were amazing, they made me feel welcome (with plenty of cups of coffee!) & were so friendly! Having had a bad experience at a previous hairdressers I was nervous having my hair dyed again but as soon as I came in Molly was so lovely, friendly and welcoming which put me instantly at ease. Molly sat me down and explained everything in detail so I understood clearly and really took her time with me to find out what I was wanting to achieve. Molly was so lovely and booked me an appointment that was convenient for myself and I left feeling happy and looking forward to having my hair done. When I arrived for my hair appointment I was greeted really nicely and welcoming by another lady and asked to take a seat. When Molly came out she offered me a drink and again was really lovely and kind and put me instantly at ease she sat me down she went through again what I was wanting to achieve and again I felt really resured. Molly made sure she explained everything to me throughout doing my hair and that I was happy with everything at every stage. From start to finish i had the best hair experience by far and i felt the end result of my hair was by far better than I could have ever imagined and I'm over the moon with how great it looks and feels. Thankyou Molly for my hair I would love for you to do my hair again when it needs doing and I definitely would recommend Molly to family and friends. Many thanks Laura
