   Moved to this pharmacy because the one near my Dr's was a pain to park/collect from, was fine for a couple of years but over the last few months they have returned 3 or 4 items saying they cannot get them from their supplier, meaning I've had to find a different pharmacy, and it's all everyday meds, nothing exotic.. don't know why they are suddenly having issues, but it's forced me to change pharmacies again.. No problem with the staff, they have allways been nice, polite & kind.

   I wish I could give them zero stars. Rude staff, horrible service and this urgent 111 medication that was meant to be collected two days ago is STILL not ready. If the patient is in severe pain and in need for a medication, why would you tell them it would be ready after five pm for them to turn up and it is not there? It is not even there the next day. Absolute joke.

   I don't know what's happened lately, have they changed ownership, manager,,,? they used to be excellent, prompt texts when meds were ready, usually within 2 days max, now it's more like a week, I think I may take my business elsewhere if they don't get back on track, I can't even call for an update anymore as the number just goes to the store with no link to the pharmacy. Very poor.

   This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used none of the staff are trained so if you need advice or help choosing the right medication DO NOT GO HERE !!!

   Absolutely useless. I've had more problems with this pharmacy in 12 months than I have in 20 years elsewhere. Always missing items. Too many problems to list here. Will be changing to elsewhere as I'm now at my wits end.
