   They are badly behind with prescriptions, but it appears other pharmacies are the same. A wait of at least a week or more. Not good when you need something urgently! I’m editing this as recently both my husband and I have been getting our prescriptions with items missing. This has happened more than once. The prescriptions are being fulfilled offsite and delivered in sealed bags so the staff don’t know. It’s just ridiculous and not good practice. We are pensioners and both need the meds we are prescribed. Thinking of changing to a different pharmacy. I have changed my 4stars in light of this.

   Phone left to ring and nobody picks up. Tried to call at several points throughout the day with no luck so went into the pharmacy to order a repeat prescription. I queued up for 15 mins to order my prescription, and no doubt this will be the case when I collect said prescription on Thursday- if it’s ready by then. Staffing levels seem to be very poorly managed. Phone was working as I phoned it when in the queue. It was just ignored. Maybe if they amended their voicemail message to say their staff levels aren’t allowing them to accept calls today it might be a bit more customer focused rather than just ignoring it.

   Can not relay on for your prescription, I've placed orders and when I've came to pic up my prescription I've been told that it's not been .ordered ' there's very unrealiable and yiu just have to hope finger's crossed that your prescription is there

   Came in and clearly the staff wanted to go home early, rude and dismissive and ended up not sorting my prescription out for a skin infection. Would not recommend

   Called in to see if I could get honeytule dressing. Not only did they have it but it was cheaper than eday.....result! Also I didnt pay delivery or wait for it to arrive a few days later. Well done tims and parker little hulton
