   Since Ken has gone it has changed so much. The girls there are still lovely and really helpful but the new pharmacist that’s taken over Ken,isn’t very organised. Very slow I have never seen so many customers waiting for their prescription to be done there was never this many or if any waiting when Ken was in charge! And now you have to wait 5days from putting your script in to get your medication so that’s 48hrs notice to your Gp then another 5days after your scripts arrives at the chemist. Absolutely ridiculous. Also they have changed the closing time to 6pm from 6.30pm. This isn’t great when your working and can’t get there till about 6.15pm. The staff there have made the scripts up and all ready to be checked by pharmacist but takes a long time. Next they will be shutting an hour for lunch. Come back Ken he was amazing all those years with a big smile to greet you and so helpful. I do hope the new pharmacist gets into the swing of things soon and can be as or as to efficient as Ken was.

   The Most helpful staff I have ever seen. They helped me to find ( out of stock) medicine which we couldn’t get hold of after trying over 20 different pharmacies. They are so polite and very professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

   Ken who has run this chemist for many years always has a smile on his face no matter how busy it is at the time, he’s always there to answer any questions over medications and health problems, he looked after my Mum & I always recommend my friends to get their prescriptions from there, telling them Ken & staff will look after them, I have friends who say how nice he is with helping them too.
