   I would recommend people who wants to make their day worst visit this pharmacy. went to pickup prescription, made me wait for 30 Mins and then informed me to wait another 10-15 mins as the person was busy with talking and cracking jokes with each other. There were 5 people working in and only 2-3 customer inside the pharmacy. Very rude behavior showing attitude of they don't even care about you or your time.

   Just been in to pick up a prescription. The lady was flicking through the prescriptions to find mine… right in front of me …I said oh I think I just seen my name there … she gave me a death stare and said you shouldn’t be looking that everyone’s names on the scripts it a breach of confidentiality ! She then turned away looked through them again and found it …. I really couldn’t believe she spoke to me like that. Just a note to her when she reads this … don’t stand so close to people so they can see names if it’s so important… I’ve not got the best eyesight even with my lenses in ! Won’t be returning for my repeat prescription every month now il go elsewhere …. Shame been using this chemist for over 30 years

   I was told that my medication was a repeat, so I have been ordering through the app for the last 12 months. I go to collect my latest order and am told that despite the order being placed two weeks ago, it isn’t there. I tried to call every day for two weeks and not once could get through. They sent me to the gp at 6pm to get it sent over, where they told me they rejected it as I am not due to collect until ‘early September’. Today is the 28th August. The gp then sent a request to the pharmacy, showed me the screen to prove it and said it will be ready tomorrow. Low and behold I am still told nothing is there so they send me back to the gp, to get a green slip which means I am waiting 30 mins for a doctor to be free to sign off on a repeat prescription, the exact same tablet I have been taking daily for 6 years. Disgraceful service, unorganised and has no problem leaving people off their medication without any care. I have now changed my chemist immediately after receiving this prescription (3 weeks after sending a request.) They were clearly not prepared to take on the patients from the GP and to change hands from wells to cohens

   If there was a zero star, this place would definately get it. Absolutely useless. They had received prescription electronically from GP, went in to collect only to be told it would not be done until the next day. This is no good for somebody who is in absolute agony. What a waste of space, use cohens chemist instead.

   I've been using this chemist since before Well purchased it from the Coop, & they are a great asset to the village. Great staff, fast service, a good selection of 'other' goods, rather than just perscriptions. Staff are first rate, especially the chemist and Charlet, sorry I never could spell, I'm dyslexic.

   Ordered a repeat prescription for ongoing medical condition. They couldn’t get hold of the medication so returned the prescription to the doctors without telling the patient. Other chemist have stock of the prescription but now have to wait for the doctor to reissue it to me. When rang and asked why they hadn’t let me know they said they had been to busy sorting out other patients - really!!!!!
