Staff friendly and helpful however usually extremely busy so be prepared for a long wait, closes between 1pm-2pm for dinner
I am absolutly disgusted at the unprofessionalism of the two girls i was unfortunate to have to deal with when i was in a lot of physical and emotional distress to start with, you should not be working with ill people.
Horrible place staff are rude and condescending, one member of staff berated me because I didn't know that my medication could take 3 to 5 working days. Will be changing my pharmacy from today. Truly shocking behaviour
Terrible service since merging with the other pharmacy. I have been without my daily medication for a week. Absolutely shocking
The worst service I have ever experienced in a pharmacy. Every time I try to use their services, there's a delay or they can't do it - and that's if you even manage to get to speak to someone on the phone without being cut off. Staff are very curt and abrupt.
The lady on reception with the sun tattoo is a credit and what a health care professional should be. Bedside manner. Knowledge. Professional. Absolutely brilliant
I don't know what's happened to the place but service here has fallen off the scale! Life urgent medication ordered in safe time which was supposed to be ready Thursday still not available on Monday and noone even bothers to contact you explaining the problem which could have been sorted elsewhere in safe time total disregard for the safety and reliance on urgent medical needs ☹️
It needs to be made clear to anyone trying to get prescriptions filled that this pharmacy does not open at weekends. Also it shuts at lunch time which makes it utterly useless for anyone who has a normal job. Other than that, it’s a pharmacy that gives you what you need. Can’t say fairer than that.
The staff here have gone above and beyond to help me when I was unable to get what I needed. They have rang round to find what I needed and then delivered it to my door. It saved my life, with out exaggerating. Wonderful people.
I rang for a much needed prescription ( build up shakes) on a Monday and was told by an obviously disinterested lady that it would be ready by Wednesday. I went in on Thursday to be told that they hadn't even ordered it and that I would have to collect it Friday. I called on the Friday at 5pm ( after work) to have to wait 30 minutes as it hasn't been dispensed! This was a regular occurrence and I have now gone to Boots the Chemist. I am happy to say that they are not only efficient, but are friendly and extremely courteous.
