Staff just weren’t interested in filling my prescription. When I asked if it could be ordered in she advised that she wouldn’t know and before I could ask her to check, she already asked me to go to another pharmacy.

How the hell do I get through to you. Phone not being picked up. Dial tone changes to a fax machine noise then hangs up automatically. I need to speak to someone !.

Despite us having a regular prescription, we are often asked to return for items that they 'don't have in' stock... (despite the prescription being repeated months on end.) They don't deliver, nor do they offer any such service due to the lack of stock and inconvenience they've caused. They always give a couple of days (i.e. the medicine will arrive on x or y day) but do not offer to ring us to let us know that the medicines have arrived. They also keep you waiting in line without any acknowledgement. Even though they may have a couple of staff and we might be the only customers, they will regularly keep us, and often others waiting, without reason or even a simple 'sorry to keep you waiting'. Another thing I'm not so sure about... On all our medications, there is a pharmacy sticker with a signature on it etc. But the pharmacy do not put a date on it, why is that? We chose this pharmacy because it was convenient when shopping in the store or nearby in the retail park. But clearly and sadly they don't want ours or your business.

Wish i could report them somewhere! They gave me just white liquid instead of adding antibiotics powder to it and only checked when the dosage was due to be given which means my daughter missed it! Disgrace

The flu vaccination service offered by Lloyds is an utter shambles. Booked an appointment online for my mum to receive the vaccination (she is 92). Turned up for the appointment at the allotted time and was told they didn't have any stocks of the over 65s flu vaccine available. The appalling thing is, they had my contact details so could have easily reached out to inform us of this. In fact, the irony is, we received an email from Lloyds reminding us of the time and date of the appointment! I would not recommend the vaccination service offered by Lloyds. They strike me as being a pharmacy/ company that is disorganised and incompetent: qualities that make them unsuitable to entrust with your health and wellbeing.

Never been helpful whenever I go. Give medication without bags which is a paper bag, just handover the meds and you have to hold them your bare hands. Display lack of knowledge as they have no idea about the meds which are on the shelf across. They even didn’t know about the Vitamin B complex. I found out at the shelf. Yes you are Lloyd’s pharmacy but this is unexpected that you have no idea about anything put on shelf. Today 11 March 2020.The time was approximately 2.15 pm Tyra the staff was chatting with another woman. it was a girly chat I could tell, both looked at me and was ignored when asked for assistance they looked at me again and I was completely ignored again. I was not well and couldn’t stand for long and had to raise voice so that if they have no excuse if they are pretending I’m not audible. Both came out instead one so they were not working it was a chat chat. Tyra didn’t want to serve. I asked about Vitamin B complex which Tyra said they never heard of is it in tablet form or liquid. Tyra said they have vitamin B compound and walked off. Another lady short in height and bit younger looking told me that this is prescribed and can’t give it to me she was bit polite and concerned as compare to others. Tyra went back at the counter and was chatting to another woman who was bit taller and made pony tail both were having good time and looking at me like making fun of me. I felt being bullied. Anyways they said they have no idea what is B complex so I started looking at the shelves again and found one. When asked are you new the taller lady defended every one saying that’s Sainsbury’s shelf and we don’t deal with that. I said but you should be helpful and a little concerned. It’s not the first time there is always something wrong there and don’t feel comfortable going there as have to prepare myself for their rude behaviour. Next time I have decided to make video of them and will post online as we don’t deserve such behaviour.
