   I sent my test result last night and still haven't got my certificate even though I paid for a 6hour guaranteed result ?!!! Almost 9 hours after I'm giving up hope and obviously there isn't any phone number and the email adress they give isn't replying in case of emergency like mine. Now have to find another way to get a rapid result on a Sunday when I thought I could just enjoy the rest of my stay.....

   I received my booking ref after hours of waiting then calling and texting them. They quickly sent it afterwards. The delay was caused by entering the email address in capital letters which makes an error in their system.

   Ordered LFD tests 19/1 for return to the UK 22/1... Received code straight away then e.mail confirming tests despatched same day. The tests were received 21/1. Did the tests this morning instructions were very easy to understand, took a photo clicked on link completed form and uploaded photo, just got confirmation back with certificate. Excellent service and tests only £5.69 thank you.
