   Got my prescription without issue. The staff are very friendly and work hard to get your prescription to you fast. The building itself is run down and needs organising as it's like a building site but otherwise spot on.

   Where do I Start?? Well there all this "big" shop where they sell everything and also prescriptions like boots or Lloyds. When you go there you wait for ages or you ask for some advice and they don't have a clue. Then, on a Sunday, I had an emergency with my daughter having a strange allergic reaction to a shower gel. I popped into this pharmacy as it is literally 5 minutes walk from where I live: the staff was prompt, well prepared and after a consultation with the doctor they gave me a medicine that worked straight away. Every time I come to this place, it takes literally 5 mins to give my prescription, no matter how many people there are in there, and the guy is literally a flash doing so many things (who said men can't be multi tasking) I will suggest this pharmacy to anyone who lives around as they are absolutely smashing!!!! Wish I had found out earlier!!!!

   They're suppose to have the doors open on Sunday at 10:00am but the guy arrived late and opened them shortly after. I don't mind waiting a few mins, but you'd expect them to have turned everything on already, maybe clean the place and turn the lights on. This place is ran by people who don't care, wing it on a daily basis. The only good thing about this place is that it is open on Sunday. It takes 15mins for their computers to start up, so now everyone has to wait until 10:30 before anyone gets served around here. Replace the management and staff here.

   I was working in a pharmacy in the Bolton area where on two occasions I needed to ring this pharmacy to ask about their stock in order to potentially transfer two patients prescriptions over to them. I spoke to Shafi on both occasions and he was absolutely fantastic. He took time to check stock and was incredibly helpful. It made my job much easier and it also made the customers in question very pleased with the service they received.

   Went yesterday to get medication for my mum. After her usual pharmacy had not ordered and could not get stock. After a quick call they confirmed items they had. I went and it was made up quickly. Very polite, helpful and seemed they had good relationships with regular customers. Add in the long and good opening times and quick ordering of items ( I go back today after 2) overall it's brilliant.

   Been to collect a prescription , which had to be ordered a few days previously. I was given a sticker of my order to hand over when I came to collect. When I went to collect I was told I had collected on the Monday which I hadn’t but staff kept on saying I had collected. I insisted cctv footage to watched & still waiting for a phone call back . Slow & very rude staff.

   Pharmacy wasn't even there let alone be opened at 6.30pm Sunday!!!! Needs changing hours if it's still there. Wasted my fuel by driving 2 miles there and 2 miles back just to find out no pharmacy is open there or doesn't exists anymore, absolutely disgusted by the management's updates

   This has got to be the slowest service ever. Waited 25 minutes while they served the 3 people ahead of me only to find they didn't have what I wanted. I could have used the 25 minutes to walk to a decent chemist.

   Wouldn't ever use this pharmacy again, staff don't even acknowledge you when you walk in even though I acknowledged them. Was waiting at least 5 minutes before got served, too busy talking amongst themselves, one other person in the shop sat down assuming waiting for a prescription. Then told they would charge £28.05 for one tablet due to the Doctor not putting the individual amounts of tablets on the prescription. No help whatsoever.

   If no stars was possible they deserve that! Poor service, lack of patient care, never pick the phone up;even the doctors can second that, don't chase up prescription queries leaving patients without prescriptions, blame game and lack of owner ship, nobody manages the place staff openly admit this! A mockery to the profession!
