This pharmacy is the closest to where I live but due to the arrogant male pharmacist I have taken my custom elsewhere. The man goes out of his way to be unhelpful and he is downright arrogant and rude. Manners cost nothing and the way he has spoken to me on 2 occasions now has made me so angry that I now go to another pharmacy. I feel sorry for the lovely ladies that have to work with him every day. There really is no need for him to be so rude and I hope he gets to read this review in the hope that he might change his behaviour.

Welcome to the Disneyland of Disasters — also known as this “pharmacy.” If you’ve ever dreamt of getting medical advice from a bloke who looks like he was made redundant from JJB Sports in 2004 and never quite recovered, congratulations, dreams do come true. 111 sent me here for a consultation — silly me, I assumed that meant with a pharmacist. Instead, I get Adidas Man, jabbing the computer like he’s trying to launch a spaceship on Windows 95. At one point he even mutters, “it must be this.” Oh brilliant, nothing screams “qualified healthcare” like a man taking medical guesses out loud in sportswear. Very reassuring. Then came the “consultation.” Private room? Confidentiality? Don’t be daft. Mine was held in full Dolby Surround Sound on the shop floor, right next to the Calpol and bargain Strepsils. Shoppers wandering past, staff frozen like deer in headlights, and me being asked personal medical questions while Mr. Jones picks up his Viagra. Honestly, why not just stick a microphone on me and broadcast it over the tannoy? The guy looked so confused I wasn’t sure if he knew he was in a pharmacy or thought he was about to start his shift at Sports Direct. Another five minutes and I swear he’d have diagnosed me with tennis elbow and handed me a pair of shin pads. Shocking service. Zero professionalism. If you value your health, your privacy, or even basic human dignity, avoid this circus at all costs. Although to be fair, if you did catch the plague, these lads would probably hand you a bottle of Lucozade, a packet of Wrigley’s Extra, and tell you to “walk it off.”

Would leave zero stars if I could. Rude nasty male pharmacist. Went to get a prescription for my daughter who has tonsillitis and he was rude and obnoxious to me when I told him I'm happy to wait. He just wouldn't have it. No people skills. Will never return. Avoid at all costs.

We have been in numerous times and have changed where our prescriptions are sent because this man is a disgrace. He is rude and obnoxious. He thinks he really is above anyone that goes into his shop and I'm not giving him the pleasure of being rude to us as a customer. He shouldn't be front of house and should take a role where he doesn't deal with the public. People should AVOID this pharmacy and go into Atherton for their needs

The male pharmacist is so rude, he seems to go out of his way to be argumentative and has no sympathy for patients. I asked about my repeat prescription because last time it was messed up and I had to go 24 hours without pain relief and he responded with " your other half manages repeats fine". I was checking because THEY messed up the previous time and he made out like I'd done something wrong. I'd asked politely if he could check if it was still on repeat, there was no need for his rude response

The pharmacist there is a disgrace. My dad has just had major spinal surgery and mum can’t drive and I don’t live local. I asked him a few weeks ago if he could deliver and he was rude to me. The doctors request it be delivered today and he was question my mum at the door of her house on why she doesn’t drive. Judging by the other reviews here he is rude to everyone unjustifiably. Absolute disgrace the way he speaks to people

Pharmacist is ignorant and rude to customers. All other staff are helpful and nice. Changed to this Pharmacy for convenience and to support a local business. He really is in the wrong job or thinks its acceptable to treat customers like this. He really does go out of his way to be ignorant unhelpful and argumentative. Sorry i had to give it 1 star as Google won't let you leve zero.

I went in tonight to collect a prescription that had been sent 3 hours before I arrived. It was 5.30pm when I arrived they close at 6pm. I was told it wasn't ready. I said that I was happy to wait. The pharmacist then rolled his eyes and huffed at me because he had to then make up the prescription..... this isn't the first time I have been in and he has been nothing but rude! My advice to you would be to get a different job if this one doesn't suit your personality because from what I can see, it clearly doesn't suit a rude, unwelcoming, obnoxious one.
