   I put a review on here about not enjoying an experience at this saloon when having my hair highlighted and not ending up with the desired results by Charlotte! I had beige highlights instead of the silvery ones I wanted. Which left me with awful beige coloured hair ! This I felt was due to my being done at the same time as another client and hence not enough attention being paid to my hair as I could quite clearly see that Charlotte was more interested in the other client! Well I now notice that a lady called Zoe has put a review on here and would like to point out that this was the other lady who was being done at the same time as me! Obviously she says in her post that she has been having her hair done by Charlotte for a very long time plus also Charlotte does her daughters hair too! Zoe also goes onto to say there was a very rude lady being done at the same time as her which I presume was me!!! Well I would like to make it clear I was not rude at all I was very concerned and upset as to what was happening to my hair plus very stressed as I had been in the salon for over 3.5 hours! I also wanted to go to the loo but didn’t know what to do as I was sitting with wet toner dripping down me! How was I to use the toilet like that! I was also sat at different seat to my bag and personal belongings because they were by the original chair that I had to vacate from to make way for Zoe to have her hair done! Zoe also came in the salon after me but went out before me! Is this because as she says in her post Charlotte works around her busy lifestyle!!!! Like I said originally I paid £95 only to get a result that I did not want and can also ill afford so I will not be returning!

   The ladies go above and beyond to make your experience in the salon a pleasurable one. They are pleasant, friendly and very experienced stylists. I’m someone who has highlights and toner so spend a few hours being pampered and enjoy the relaxation every few weeks! Sarah always asks about my hair at the start of each visit and if I’ve ever had any problems then she’s gone above and beyond to explain what’s happening. For eg, my hair was feeling dry and she even gave me a spray to try then recommended different products which worked. I highly recommend these ladies, they’re all highly trained and friendly, the salon is amazing and it’s treat for every customer! Thank you girls it’s a solid 5 stars from me!

   Had my hair done today by Kirsty and she has done a wonderful job! I am so happy with the results, especially the beautiful blonde colour she has made my hair. There is a lovely atmosphere in the salon, everyone is very friendly and I felt at ease which really is something as I have quite bad social anxiety. I will definitely be going back from now on. Thank you :)

   Very dissapointed. Came in for cut colour 9 hours later I had to return to get more treatment done the next day and it wasn't how I wanted it costing me £80 and that was for a trainee with help from manager. Over priced. Rude never again Also filthy place offered me a drink with hair floating in it. Which I understand its a hairdressers but when your the only one in there its a bit different.
