    made a call the the pharmacy to ensure they were open booked a cab and the store decided they were closing 5 mins early and shrugged their shoulders in my wife's face as she stood crying as she needed the prescription Edit after reading reply My wife had not collected her medication at 17:45 she called at that time saying she was on her way to collect she arrived at 17:55 to see you staff outside locking the premises (are you not under contract for your opening times with the NHS?) Im sure the ICB complaint I am about to place will get to the bottom of all of this
