   Some staff are fine, but there are too many there who have no customer skills and are often downright rude or belligerent. Rapidly going downhill with unreliable service and menu, it's almost as though the staff actually want it to close. If they aren't happy working there and at least providing a minimally pleasant customer service, tell then to move on and hire some people that are willing to provide a good customer experience. I will never know if they do though, I won't be going back.

   This used to be a nice cafe but now it's predominantly pizza and breakfasts. Ordered coffee and cake. Cake was hard and stale. It had obviously been sat there for days. Coffee bland. This is my nearest cafe but I'll be travelling further to another from now on. This probably means I'll shop less in Asda as I'm not already there. You're not doing yourself any favours here, Asda

   We come every week for breakfast before shopping. This cafe has steadily declined in both service and food, yet the prices have increased. Every time we order our order gets forgotten about and we end up waiting so long for the food. When it arrives it’s wrong. Nothing comes together so you’re either drinking cold coffee or have cold toast or cold food, whichever comes first. The staff are unpleasant and clearly don’t wish to be there and respond negatively when you point out delays or errors. With the new parking rules we’d be lucky to get out in under 4 hours. Please sort it out Asda, serving breakfast is not difficult if you hire the appropriate staff with the relevant skills for the role.

   Being generous with 1 star. Cold food, toast, egg etc. Ordered a breakfast then had to wait 12 minutes for the toast that should have come with the breakfast and when it did it was cold and only done on onside! Best thing was the hot drink we made ourselves. Shocking and rude service. Wished we'd checked out the reviews before going.

   Ok this summer I went a rush! I went with one friend tried to pizza, which tasted like dominoes needs a 5 star and got the chips and drink bundle recall it's 5 pound loved it 2nd time I went pizza was soggy? Cheese was overfilled and everything fell of? Chips had tasted uncooked I could tell it was frozen but the 1st time it didn't? Drink was drink but I don't know the service is good they handled the rush! The atmosphere the tables were not cleaned with seating covered in crumbs which OK I Get the rush! But the tables had leftover drinks? But one thing is they had unlimited refills and microwaves prices are cheap but last thing is atmosphere I'm eating next to clothes and toilets not a good atmosphere but one thing is the huge windows! So idk about this place

   Service here is abominable, they don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Slow, incapable and unable to even get a simple order right even following my having to go and remind them I’m waiting, thoroughly disappointed ☹️
