Had my hair done by Sarah and it looks AMAZING .. couldn’t be happier !! Being naturally strawberry blonde, I got full blonde highlights and they look great. She advised me well and talked me through the whole process, as I’m fairly new to dying my hair. Elyse washed my hair, dried it and styled it exactly how I pictured it too! Two lovely lady’s who are amazing at their jobs ! Couldn’t recommend them enough.
I have to say I was terribly disappointed with my hair by Lucia. I have been there 2 times before and I loved my hair. The third time it was done very VERY badly. It was supposed to be nice blond and brown natural highlights but I looked like a badger. I ended up with chunky brown bits between my blondes. Very tasteless. I messaged Lucia the same day and hoped for correction but she was defensive and sharp with me , she said I WANTED IT. I was also told I would have to pay extra for fixing the badger on my head because I had it done for discounted price (!!) Not what I'd expect after I had just paid 50£. Discounted or not, I deserved to be happy with my hair. I found it extremely unprofessional and rude therefore I'd never recommend this hairdresser to anyone anymore. I recently was told I was not the only one treated sharply. I went elsewhere and got it fixed quickly. Bad level and no customer skills at all.
I went in with a dated style & the lovely hairstylist spoke through everything, gave me many options & I walked out loving my new hair! I've been back several times not only for my hair but beauty treatments too which were brilliant! Beverages offered throughout my appointment, just a very relaxing & friendly atmosphere :)
