My first visit to Strand’s and I couldn’t be more happier. Had my hair and nails done , both lovely friendly ladies. Looking forward to my continued visits.

This salon has unprofessional staff. I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions and I never got a response. Then I get a Facebook message out of the blue accusing me I was rude and disrespectful to staff when I have never spoken to anyone at all. All I got was automated messages and I have left voicemails. Disgusting.
It was my first time visiting the salon, I had an initial consultation with brittany and she made me.feel comfortable and really knew what she was talking about, we discussed the colour and what I wanted and today she did my.hair and I love it! Its exactly what I wanted and I am really pleased. Brittany made me feel so comfortable, she.is lovely and talked me through what she was doing. I have booked the rest of the year appointments thank you so much i love my hair! Xx
This is the first time I’ve used the salon and I’ll be coming back again, I can’t fault the quality service from Brittany she took my ideas and made it real, explained it all and was so kind and friendly to me throughout! 10/10
Honestly I’m so pleased with my hair, highly recommended, especially going to Brittany she amazing and all the staff are so lovely and welcoming and made me feel at home too.
