I had my hair done for my wedding and it was absolutely amazing. She even opened the shop early just for me to ensure I looked perfect on my special day. She did an amazing updo hairstyle, it was perfect! Exactly how i wanted it to look like. The service was outstanding—quick, efficient, and professional. Fantastic experience for my first visit to this salon. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I went for a complete hair colour transformation. Afshan is very talented. She took time to listen to my requirements and gave her expert advice as to what would work best for my hair, explaining in detail every process of the transformation. The main reason I chose this salon is because Afshan has trained with a hairdresser called Mounir in Lebanon, his work is amazing and Afshan did not disappoint either. Afshan's attention to detail and vast knowledge really impressed me, and I felt like I had received a very personal service. I never felt as though she was rushing the process like I have felt in other salons, as a hair colour transformation does take a few hours in the salon. Afshan also gave my hair a trim which I had not originally planned but Afshan improved on my initial style even though I didn't think my hair needed it, Afshan knows what style works best for your face. Throughout the whole process staff made sure I was looked after offering refreshments and I also received a very relaxing head and shoulders massage before my colour transformation begun. I'm so pleased with the end result of my hair, I've had so many compliments. I'm so confident in Afshan's expertise and knowledge I will definitely be going back to Beauty Beneath for regular hair maintenance, thanks again Afshan and the team.
Where can I start. Afshan has been a total life saver when it comes to hair. She was recommended to me by a client at year ago. And it has been the best recommendation ever. She has transformed my hair not only once by twice. It was worth the travel from London. She really knows what colour tones would suit the client and what the client needs are. Absolutely rubbish paid £250 for my hair to be ruined, wasn’t happy with the end results the member of staff that did my hair was in rush right from the start made me feel very uncomfortable. And they did not care at all their customer service is absolutely rubbish would not recommend anyone going their they use very harsh bleach which then causes your hair to be very very rough and breaks so easily when you brush your hair.
I've visited Beauty beneath on three occasions : Once for makeup trial (many years ago) Once for laser hair removal And Once for (today)hair colour and style And overall I am very happy... Afshan herself is very professional And she goes over and beyond to make her customers happy Makeup I really loved also when I did the trial...however I am aware that she no longer does trials. Laser hair removal ...was a lady who out sourced and the results weren't all that but I think the lady just hired a room and wasn't affiliated with Beauty Beneath salon. Recently had my hair coloured from this salon! After paying a ridiculously high amount £200 I was expecting my hair to look amazing! Far from it!!! The bleach used completely ruined my hair and I didn’t get the colour that I wanted! I was advised to pay another £35 to treat my damaged hair caused by the bleach they used!! I was extremely upset as I naturally had beautiful hair and this is now ruined!! I wouldn’t recommend!
