I have just come home from a hair appointment this evening with lovely Ashleigh. I just love it. The cut is perfect, just what I pictured and my hair has never felt so soft! Thank you for the honest and professional hair advice. If you don’t mind, I’ll book in with you again next time!
Worst salon ever. Completely avoid. I booked my mother in for a 1 hour 30 minute massage session and when I arrived with my mother, the ginger woman told me that she tried to ring me but couldn’t get ahold of me to cancel. I booked this on booksy so they have the option to cancel, yet they did not cancel and waited for me to arrive to be told that there’s no session as they’ve cancelled it because the manager’s grandfather passed away. I was rightfully upset that I travelled 25-30 minutes to get there with my mother and my plans had to be changed around and it was a 30 minute drive back as it was traffic time. I also told the worker that I understand and that it’s sad that the manager’s grandfather passed away but I’m obviously still upset that I had to travel to be told the session is cancelled when it can clearly be cancelled on booksy. Here’s where it gets bad: the worker offered me a discount on my next treatment (without me asking for one) for the inconvenience. I obviously accepted. She told me she would speak to the manager - 30 minutes later, I get a rude text from the manager telling me that her grandfather passed away and that I’m clearly not an understanding person from what she’s been told by her worker, and she wouldn’t want a client who is not understanding of her situation! Excuse me? The world doesn’t revolve around you and your worker should have been more organised and professional enough to cancel my session on booksy! Your grandfather passing away is not my problem just like my grandfather passing away isn’t your problem either! They were very quick to cancel the rebooking on Booksy now. I wonder why they weren’t that quick to cancel it the first time when I had to travel to be told that it’s cancelled. 50 minute drive time in total as well. What a joke of a company. Very disorganised and I could tell the worker that day was getting rude with me for no reason. Accept the fact that clients who have been EXPECTING a treatment that’s been pre-booked for nearly two weeks now, and have travelled a long way just to be told their treatment is cancelled, they ARE going to be upset about it. Avoid this terrible disorganised company. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.
Today my friend and I went for a double treatment with therapists Janet and Rachael. It was absolutely wonderful ⭐️ Janet worked her magic hands on my back and neck working out any stress knots, then I turned over for a facial with some gorgeous smelling products, Janet worked my jaw, my shoulders and arms, massaged my scalp and whilst my mask was on she massaged my feet. I was so utterly relaxed after this treatment, and my skin was soft and glowing. So much so that I’ve booked my partner in as a treat and I will certainly be back for the ultimate “me time” relaxation treatment, thank you both!
Very happy with my new look- have gone from long hair without a fringe to short hair with a fringe and I love it. Justyna was friendly and gave great advice.

I consider myself very fortunate to be a client of Justyna at HUSH. She is the most amazing knowledgeable and professional hairdresser I have ever experienced. She always goes the extra mile to ensure I am satisfied with every aspect of my visit and is polite courteous and attentive. Justyna is consistent in her performance and has some innovative ideas with regard to cutting styling and coluring hair She truly has made such a difference to my hair and I cannot recommend her highly enough Justyna is a credit to herself and her profession.
I went to Hush for pre wedding pampering in June including gel nails and lvl eyelash treatment. The Salon went out of their way to accommodate a group booking with my mum and sister which made it extra special. The atmosphere was very relaxing and we were really looked after. Having this experience is a lovely memory of the lead up to the wedding. Then on the morning of my wedding Sarah came out of her way to fix a gel nail! Service beyond any expectation and we are so grateful and pleased that we chose Hush. We will be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks in particular to Sarah
A little hidden gem. Did the pamper day yesterday with 2 friends and it was lovely. Facial & massage extremely relaxing just what we needed. You can take your own prosecco and chill in the waiting area with this after your treatment. there is also a hot tub in a lovely garden area. Highly recommended
