I was asked to get a length of timber of specific measurements needed for the work being carried out at my house. I was a bit apprehensive but the staff was very helpful ,polite and explained what would be best.They cut the timber to size and carried it to my car. The result is a perfect fit. Many thanks
Hi went in today for a sheet of shuttering ply needed cutting down so I could get it in the car. Nothing seemed too much trouble staff were polite and helpful. Helped me get it in the car. Haven't been here for wile but will definitely use in the future. Thank you .
I've used this merchant for many years and since it been taken over by the younger generation, its even better. The timber is very good quality and prices are great but more so, the customer service is excellent. I've never waited long for my materials even on deliveries. The owners are helpful and very experienced. The parking does get crowded but I was assured new parking spaces are on the way. Thanks NMB
Sold me 3.6mm ply as 5.5mm, call them wouldn't talks to me cut me off the line, Same day went to the bulding yard to complaint the guy on the counter Wouldn't listen, said the ply is 6mm.
I found these guys on Google and I'm so glad I did. Jas was extremely helpful and knowledgable. They also have a shop on site stocked with all the extras you might need. Highly recommend!
Great value and service
Great prices, high quality stock and timber, and very knowledgeable staff (who are experienced builders themselves). I found the car park to be quite small and congested, but worth mentioning that they are able deliver any of their supplies for a small fee.
