Spotlessly clean, welcoming environment with polite and professional staff. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back. I had a facial with Gemma which was wonderful. She's a lovely person and the treatment was amazing.

So the reason behind this one star review has to do with the terrible customer service we received at this salon. We purchased 60 minutes for the tanning bed and upon purchase stated that this was going to be for multiple people’s use and at the time mentioned 3 people were planning on using it. Nothing was said to infer this was not okay. When we came with said people to use the tanning bed we were informed that only two people were allowed to share the 60 minutes. This would not have been an issue apart from how harshly and rudely we were spoken to. We were made to feel stupid for expecting more then 2 people to use the 60 minutes previously purchased. What was meant to be a nice experience turned out to be one of the worst customer service displays I have ever seen. If this is how new customers are treated I feel sorry for anyone else that goes. It was even more frustrating as the lady that served us when buying the 60 minutes was also the person to then rudely tell us only two people are allowed to use it. The funny thing is that we were planning on buying more minutes for the tanning bed and the friends we brought just wanted to try it out and would have then bought more time themselves but rather now they have lost all of us as customers. Sadly we don’t even feel comfortable to return and use the remaining time left on the 60 minutes paid for.
I was recommended to this salon by a friend. Have just had my my third visit. I have had my nails done using Shellac. This time I also had my eyebrows waxed. All the staff are friendly, efficient and very accommodating. The salon is easily accessible by public transport and there are plenty of places to park. Special mention to Annie lovely down to earth easy to talk to girl. Hoping to try out more treatments in the future. Highly recommend this salon
